  • 700 g potatoes
  • 1 pc carrot
  • 4 pcs button mushrooms
  • 300 g ricotta
  • 200 ml soy milk
  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Do the same with the carrot and mushrooms.

Sauté the mushrooms in a teaspoon of olive oil for about 5 minutes. Set aside. Put the ricotta, milk, salt, and pepper in a pot. Add the potatoes, garlic, carrot, and mix thoroughly.

Transfer the potato mixture to a baking dish and bake at 170–180 °C for about 45 minutes.
