Preparation method

First, bring salted water to a boil in a large pot over high heat. While the water is heating, wash and pat dry the salmon. Then, skin it and cut it into 1 cm × 1 cm cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion.

Once the water boils, add the pasta and cook for 14–15 minutes over high heat. After cooking, drain the pasta.

Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Then, add the onion to the pan and sauté for 4–5 minutes. Next, add the salmon, season with salt and pepper, and sauté everything together for another 2–3 minutes (still over medium heat).
