Preparation method

First, preheat the oven to 160 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half, and remove the core.

Then prepare the filling. In a large bowl, mix together the minced meat, diced onion, crushed garlic cloves, egg, tomato paste, and dried rosemary. Season with salt and pepper, and fill all the prepared bell pepper halves with the mixture.
