Preheat the oven to 190 °C. First, prepare the coating for the fish: chop the basil, parsley, and thyme, and mix the chopped herbs with one tablespoon of olive oil, rice flour, and corn breadcrumbs.
Cut the cod into thick strips, coat them first in white yogurt, and then in the prepared herb mixture.
Place the coated fish strips on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the cod for 18 minutes at 180–190 °C until crispy.
