Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 185 °C.
In a large pot, bring 800 ml of salted water to a boil. While stirring constantly, gradually pour the polenta into the pot. Keep the polenta over medium heat and stir continuously until it thickens and reaches a typical porridge-like consistency. The polenta is cooked after 2-5 minutes.
After this time, remove the pot with polenta from the heat and stir in the clarified butter, thyme, and 200 g of grated mozzarella. Set the prepared polenta aside for now.
