Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.

Sauté the finely chopped spring onion in olive oil, add the tomato paste, garlic, tomatoes, and pour in 100 ml of water. Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 5–10 minutes.

Add the drained chickpeas along with two teaspoons of hot paprika, stir, and cook for another 5 minutes.
