Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the salmon on the baking sheet, drizzle with orange juice, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 10–12 minutes at 190 °C.

Meanwhile, prepare the couscous: Place it in a medium bowl, add chili, orange zest and the remaining juice, salt, and pepper. Pour boiling water over it, cover, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
