INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1
First, prepare a large pot. Pour water for the pasta into the pot, add a little salt, and bring to a boil. Once the water in the pot starts boiling, add the pasta and cook it over medium heat according to the package instructions (we cooked the pasta for 17 minutes).
  • 2
Meanwhile, cut the chicken ham into thin strips and finely chop the green part of the spring onion along with the yellow onion.
  • 3
Then preheat the oven to 190–195 °C and prepare a deep oven-safe pan (Ø 27 cm). In the pan, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
  • 4
Add the chopped chicken ham and yellow onion to the heated oil and sauté everything together over medium heat for 4–5 minutes. After sautéing, turn off the heat, leave the onion and ham in the pan, and wait for the pasta to finish cooking.
  • 5
After cooking, drain the pasta and then add it to the pan with the sautéed ham and onion.
  • 6
Crack 1 egg into a small bowl. Add the cottage cheese, finely chopped green part of the spring onion, and mix everything. Add the resulting mixture to the pan with the other ingredients.
  • 7
Season the contents of the pan with salt and pepper, mix, and bake in the preheated oven at 190–195 °C for 18–20 minutes.
  • 8
Divide the finished baked pasta among 4 plates and serve.
Tip
You can serve the pasta with a green salad.
