Preparation method
First, prepare a large pot with salted water. Peel the potatoes, cut them into smaller pieces, and place them in the prepared pot. Cover it with a lid, place it over high heat, and cook the potatoes for 19–20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 205–210 °C and prepare a baking sheet (30 cm × 40 cm), lining it with parchment paper.
Next, finely chop the spring onion, parsley, and chives. In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, parsley, spring onion, chili flakes, 30 g butter, 1 tablespoon oil, 50 ml milk, salt, and pepper, then mix well. Form patties weighing approximately 135–140 g from the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
