INGREDIENTS
- 2 smaller zucchini (approx. 300 g)
- 20 g tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 3 g fresh basil
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 200 g turkey ham (min. 90% meat)
- 200 g mozzarella (grated coarsely)
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with baking paper.
- 2Halve the zucchini lengthwise and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- 3Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 170–180 °C.
- 4Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste with crushed garlic and oregano, and season with salt and pepper.
- 5Remove the zucchini from the oven, spread them with the tomato mixture, top with ham slices, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
- 6Return to the oven for another 20 minutes, then remove, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm.
