INGREDIENTS

  • 2 smaller zucchini (approx. 300 g)
  • 20 g tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 3 g fresh basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 200 g turkey ham (min. 90% meat)
  • 200 g mozzarella (grated coarsely)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with baking paper.

    Halve the zucchini lengthwise and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

    Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 170–180 °C.

    Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste with crushed garlic and oregano, and season with salt and pepper.

    Remove the zucchini from the oven, spread them with the tomato mixture, top with ham slices, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

    Return to the oven for another 20 minutes, then remove, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm.
