INGREDIENTS
- 130 g raw potatoes for thickening (cooking type A)
- 250 g fresh tomatoes
- 450 g ground turkey meat
- 20 g wholemeal spelt plain flour
- 1 handful fresh basil (finely chopped)
- 50 g tomato paste
- 180 g dry lasagna sheets
- 60 g Parmesan (finely grated)
- Salt
- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a baking dish (at least 20 cm × 27 cm).
- 2Finely grate the potatoes and finely chop the tomatoes. Put both into a large bowl, add the ground turkey, flour, basil, salt, pepper, and tomato paste, and mix.
- 3Place the lasagna sheets on the bottom of the prepared baking dish, then spread a portion of the meat mixture and sprinkle it with some Parmesan. Continue this way until all the lasagna sheets are used. Finish this entire process with a layer of meat mixture and Parmesan.
- 4Then cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 50–60 minutes at 180–185 °C. After the specified time, remove the foil from the dish, increase the temperature to 200–210 °C, and bake for another 10 minutes.
- 5Once the lasagna is baked, remove the dish from the oven, divide the dish into portions, and serve.
