INGREDIENTS
- 2 larger ripe bananas (2× 100 g without peel)
- 250 g semi-skimmed curd from a tub
- 250 ml whipping cream (31% fat)
- Seeds from 1⁄2 vanilla pod
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, blend 1 ripe peeled banana with 100 g of curd until smooth in a tall container. Then transfer the blended mixture to a medium-sized bowl and wash the container you used for blending.
- 2Pour 250 ml of whipping cream into the washed container, add the seeds from 1⁄2 vanilla pod, and whip until stiff. Add the remaining curd (150 g) and whip again. Then add the blended banana and curd mixture to the container and gently mix with a rubber spatula.
- 3Divide the prepared creamy curd dessert into 6 bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Tip
Before serving, garnish the dessert with fresh fruit (such as sliced strawberries), sprinkle with cocoa, and add baked granola... perhaps coconut from the pan!
