Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 150 °C.
In a larger bowl, whisk together the quark, milk, cane sugar, and eggs. In a separate bowl, coat the raisins in cornstarch, add them to the batter in the bowl, and mix everything together. Next, prepare a cake or pie tin (ø 20 cm), line it with baking paper (or grease it), and pour in the prepared batter. Transfer the tin to the preheated oven and bake for 90–95 minutes at 150 °C.
Let the baked cake cool down first in the oven with the door open, and then place it in the fridge to chill for at least 15 minutes.
