  • 100 g loupaných krájených konzervovaných rajčat
  • 2 stroužky česneku
  • 1 svazek čerstvé bazalky
  • Špetka soli
  • Celý pepř
  • Mletý pepř
  • 15 ml olivového oleje
  • 50 g cibule
  • 1 ks burrata
  • Rukola
  • 100 g cherry rajčat
  • Parmazán
  • 100 g čerstvých těstovin penne

INSTRUCTIONS

    Sauté the onion slowly in a pan with crushed whole peppercorns and garlic until golden. Add crushed tomatoes and basil, season with salt, and simmer gently over medium heat for about 30 minutes.

    Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 15 minutes.

    Cook fresh pasta in well-salted water until al dente. Drain the cooked pasta and transfer it to the tomato sauce. Briefly combine everything in the pan and then transfer to a plate.

    Tear the whole burrata over the pasta, drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper, and scatter arugula and Parmesan.
