Ingredients

  • 300 g minced beef
  • 60 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 1 pc cauliflower, 1 pc onion, 1 pc leek, 2 pcs bell pepper, 500 g potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

    Clean the vegetables. Slice the red potatoes. Place the potato slices in a pot, add water until submerged. Boil for 3-4 minutes, rinse with cold water in a colander, and drain.

    Meanwhile, peel the onion and dice it. Halve the leek and cut into half-rings. Cut the cauliflower into florets and the bell peppers into cubes.

    Then, heat 1 tablespoon of (olive) oil in a pan and fry the minced meat for 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Add the onion, leek, bell pepper, cauliflower, and spice mix, and sauté for another 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Remove the pan from the heat and mix with crème fraîche.

    Spoon the vegetable and minced meat mixture into a baking dish and cover with potato slices. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
