INGREDIENTS
- 50 g fine oat flakes
- 30 g butter
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 200 g frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a baking dish (20 cm × 25 cm).
- 2Now prepare a large bowl and pour the oat flakes into it. Then, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat (this will take 2–3 minutes) and pour the melted butter into the bowl with the flakes. Next, add honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon and mix everything together.
- 3Then, pour the frozen blueberries into the bottom of the baking dish, add cornstarch to them, and mix. Next, spread the prepared oat mixture over the blueberries to cover them.
- 4Place the dish in the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes at 180–185 °C.
- 5Then, remove the dish from the oven, divide the finished crumble into 6 portions, and serve.
