Šťavnaté řecké bifteky z mletého hovězího masa plněné slaným sýrem feta, podávané s křupavými brambory grenaille a domácím osvěžujícím tzatziki. Skvělé jídlo pro letní grilování!
Ingredients
Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Cut the Grenaille potatoes into smaller pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt, and mix everything together. Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are roasted and crispy.
Tear the toast bread into pieces and add to a bowl along with the finely chopped red onion, chopped parsley, finely grated zest of 1/4 lemon, egg, 40 ml of water, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together and add the minced beef. Mix thoroughly into a compact mixture. Divide it into 6 equal parts. Cut the feta into thick and short slices.
Shape a piece of the meat mixture into a patty, place a slice of feta inside, and wrap it into an oval shape. Grill on a hot outdoor or contact grill until golden brown on each side, about 3 minutes.
Chef's tip
You can also grill the bifteki in a classic pan with a little oil if you don't have a grill available.
For an even more authentic flavor, you can add a pinch of dried oregano to the meat mixture.
