INGREDIENTS
- 750 g chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- plain flour for coating
- vegetable oil for frying
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of salt
- sweet chili sauce
- chopped chives

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut off the wingtips from the chicken wings and cut the wings at the joint.
- 2In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper, add the prepared wings, mix, and set aside.
- 3In a saucepan, heat a deeper layer of oil to 160 °C.
- 4Coat the wings in plain flour and shake off any excess flour. Fry them completely submerged in hot oil until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove the cooked wings from the oil and pat them dry on kitchen paper.
- 5First, coat the fried chicken wings in sweet chili sauce, then in chopped chives.

Tip: For an especially delicate flavor, you can finish the sauce with a drop of lemon juice. Homemade spaetzle or wide noodles, which perfectly soak up the creamy sauce, are an excellent side dish.
