  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Handful of walnuts
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 240 g whole wheat spaghetti

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package directions.

    While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the sauce. Peel and pit the avocados and blend them with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.

    Mix the sauce with the drained spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper and serve with basil leaves and walnuts.
