- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh basil leaves
- Handful of walnuts
- Salt
- Pepper
- 240 g whole wheat spaghetti
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package directions.
- 2While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the sauce. Peel and pit the avocados and blend them with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice.
- 3Mix the sauce with the drained spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper and serve with basil leaves and walnuts.
