INGREDIENTS
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons liquid honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Clean the strawberries, remove the tops, and place them in a blender along with the cottage cheese and honey. Then blend the contents until smooth, pour into a sealable container, transfer it to the freezer, and let it freeze for at least 3 hours.
- 2After the specified time, take the ice cream out of the freezer and consume immediately (the ice cream is not suitable for long-term storage).
Tip
Instead of strawberries, you can also use other fruits – try bananas, blueberries, or raspberries.
