Preparation method

Cut florets from the broccoli and dice the stem. Cook everything in salted water until tender. Drain, let cool, and chop finely.

Press the garlic. In a bowl, mix broccoli, garlic, oregano, eggs, cream, flour, salt, and pepper, and let rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

In a non-stick pan, heat oil over medium heat and use a spoon to form fritters from the dough. Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
