- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml cream, min. 31%
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- pinch of freshly ground pepper
- vegetable oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut off the florets from the broccoli and dice the stem. Cook everything in salted water until tender. Drain, let cool, and chop finely.
- 2Press the garlic. In a bowl, mix the broccoli, garlic, oregano, eggs, cream, flour, salt, and pepper, and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- 3In a non-stick pan, heat oil over medium heat and use a spoon to form fritters from the dough. Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
