  • 2 peeled cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml cream, min. 31%
  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pinch of freshly ground pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut off the florets from the broccoli and dice the stem. Cook everything in salted water until tender. Drain, let cool, and chop finely.

    Press the garlic. In a bowl, mix the broccoli, garlic, oregano, eggs, cream, flour, salt, and pepper, and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    In a non-stick pan, heat oil over medium heat and use a spoon to form fritters from the dough. Fry them on both sides until golden brown.
