  • 250 g soft quark in paper packaging
  • 150 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 egg
  • 300 g plums
  • 30 g stevia powder
  • 30 g ground poppy seeds
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 20 g butter

INSTRUCTIONS

    On a work surface, mix quark, egg, and flour. Knead the dough with your hands, then divide it into 4 parts. Roll each part into a log, cut it into smaller pieces, and then shape them into dumplings.

    Prepare a pot with 2 liters of water, salt it, and once it starts boiling, add the dumplings. Reduce the heat to prevent vigorous boiling and cook for 2-3 minutes, depending on the size of the dumplings. Once they float to the surface, they are cooked and can be removed. Pour melted butter over the hot dumplings and sprinkle with ground poppy seeds and stevia.

    Wash, pit, and blend the plums. Simmer the plum sauce for 10 minutes and season with stevia and cinnamon.
