  • 4 whole-grain tortillas
  • 200 g carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Cumin
  • 150 g hummus
  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • 8 radishes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cut the carrots into larger sticks, mix with oil, paprika, salt, and bake at 200 °C for approximately 20 minutes.

Spread the tortillas with hummus, top with arugula, roasted carrots, and sliced radishes.

Roll up and wrap in paper.
