Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel and press the garlic. Place the minced meat, onion, garlic, and remaining spices into a bowl. Mix thoroughly by hand or in a food processor to combine the flavors. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to rest.

Then, form rolls weighing approximately 70-80 g from the meat mixture. This will make 9 rolls.

Heat a non-stick pan and fry the rolls over medium heat on all sides. The rolls will be cooked through in approximately 8 minutes, but this depends on their thickness.
