INGREDIENTS
- 250 g boletus (or other mushrooms)
- 1 pc onion
- 100 ml cooking cream
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 20 g butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon whole spelt flour
- 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
SIDE DISH
- Rice
- Egg
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel the onion and chop it finely. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces or slices. Sauté the onion in a teaspoon of rapeseed oil until translucent, add the mushrooms and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. The mushrooms will release liquid, which will enhance their flavor. Then add butter, let it melt, and dust with flour. Sauté for a while, stirring, then pour in the cream and broth (or water) and cook through to create a smooth sauce.
- 2Season with salt, ground pepper, and wine vinegar. Serve with rice and a boiled or poached egg.
