Preparation method

For the marinade, mix oil, both sauces, sriracha, cane sugar, and salt.

Cut the turkey breast across the grain into strips and place them in the marinade. Cover with cling film and refrigerate. Let marinate for 2 hours, or at least 30 minutes.

Clean, wash, and cut the vegetables - onion into eighths, bell pepper into strips, carrots into slices (cut perpendicularly), zucchini into cubes, ginger finely.
