Cut the meat into thicker slices and then across the grain into strips. Also cut the onion and bell peppers into strips and press the garlic.

Pour oil into a pan, heat it, and fry the onion with bell peppers until they remain crispy. Then set aside from the pan, add more oil, and add half of the meat. Sear the meat, set it aside, and sear the second half.

Return the seared meat to the pan, add the pressed garlic, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Sauté for a minute and pour in the broth. Mix the starch with a little water and add to the pan. Reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Check and stir periodically. Season with a pinch of ground chili, salt, and ground pepper.
