INGREDIENTS
- 300 g beef sirloin
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 200 g rice
- 2 pcs carrots
- 1 pc onion
- Several tablespoons sunflower oil
- 150 g oyster mushrooms
- 100 g mung bean sprouts
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 pcs eggs
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
- Black sesame
INGREDIENTS FOR GOCHUJANG SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang chili paste
- 1.5 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 0.5 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Rinse the rice, salt it, and cook according to package instructions.
- 2Cut the meat into several pieces and then slice it very thinly against the grain. Clean all vegetables and wash them in water. Slice the carrots thinly, the onion into slices, and the mushrooms into smaller pieces. Crush the garlic in a garlic press.
- 3For the sauce, mix all listed ingredients and refrigerate to chill.
- 4Drizzle a non-stick pan with oil and gradually sauté carrots, onion, mushrooms, and sprouts separately over medium heat. Add a little water to the spinach and add garlic. Once the spinach wilts, it's done. Prepare fried eggs from the eggs. Keep all already cooked ingredients aside, clean the pan, drizzle with oil again, and sear the meat on both sides. This only takes a few minutes; thanks to the thin slices, it will be cooked quickly and doesn't require long heat treatment. Once the meat is done, add a tablespoon of soy sauce and leave the pan on the heat for another minute.
- 5Now, assemble the entire dish. Place rice at the bottom of a bowl, put a fried egg in the center on top of the rice, and arrange carrots, onion, mushrooms, sprouts, spinach, and meat around the edge of the bowl. Serve with gochujang sauce.
