INGREDIENTS
- 300 g pork tenderloin
- 400 g sweet potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 tub sour cream
- Chives
- Dried garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Take the pork tenderloin out of the fridge an hour beforehand to bring it to room temperature.
- 2Remove any membranes from the meat and cut off the thinner ends, which you can save for another recipe. Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- 3Heat the grill and sear the tenderloin on all sides. On an electric grill, the tenderloin will be medium-rare with a pink center in 10-12 minutes. You can also use a meat thermometer; in that case, grill the meat until the internal temperature reaches 62 °C.
- 4Slice the sweet potatoes into half-centimeter thick pieces, season with salt, drizzle with oil, and grill on both sides until tender.
- 5For the dip, mix sour cream with chopped chives and season with salt, pepper, and dried garlic.
