INGREDIENTS
- Half a rutabaga, approx. 500 g
- 1 small onion
- 1 spring onion
- ½ bunch of chives
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs
- 30 g spelt flour
- 2 small teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of marjoram
- 2 tablespoons of oil for frying
INGREDIENTS FOR THE DIP
- 100 g sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Chives
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel the rutabaga, cut it into several pieces, and grate it on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Cut the spring onion lengthwise and then slice it into thin half-rings. Peel and press the garlic. Chop the chives finely.
- 2Place the prepared vegetables into a bowl, add eggs, flour, marjoram, and salt, then mix.
- 3Heat a non-stick pan and pour in a tablespoon of oil. Using a spoon, form small fritters from the prepared batter in the pan and fry them on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- 4Serve with the dip, for which you mix the listed ingredients with finely chopped chives.
