INGREDIENTS
- 4 whole grain tortillas
- 200 g carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Whole cumin
- 150 g hummus
- 2 handfuls arugula
- 8 radishes
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the carrots into larger sticks, mix with oil, paprika, salt, and bake at 200 °C for approximately 20 minutes.
- 2Spread hummus on the tortillas, top with arugula, roasted carrots, and sliced radishes.
- 3Roll up and wrap in paper.
