INGREDIENTS

  • 4 whole grain tortillas
  • 200 g carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Whole cumin
  • 150 g hummus
  • 2 handfuls arugula
  • 8 radishes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the carrots into larger sticks, mix with oil, paprika, salt, and bake at 200 °C for approximately 20 minutes.

    Spread hummus on the tortillas, top with arugula, roasted carrots, and sliced radishes.

    Roll up and wrap in paper.
