First, preheat the oven to 195–200 °C, prepare a baking sheet (30 cm × 40 cm) and line it with baking paper.
Put the broccoli into a blender and blend into small pieces the size of rice grains.* Peel and finely grate the garlic. Then take a large bowl, add the blended broccoli, grated garlic, eggs, spelt flour, dried marjoram, salt, and pepper, and mix. Form patties 7–8 cm in diameter and 0.5–1 cm high from the mixture and place them on the lined baking sheet.
