INGREDIENTS
- 8 large tomatoes (8× approx. 110 g)
- 300 g minced beef (6–8% fat)
- 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
- 1 medium-sized egg
- 10 g finely chopped fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 10 g finely chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
- 80 g cheddar
- 80 g sour cream (12% fat)
- 2 spring onions (sliced thinly)
- Salt
- Pepper

First, preheat the oven to 160 °C, prepare a baking sheet and line it with baking paper.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Scoop out the insides with a spoon and place them in a medium-sized bowl. Then add the meat, garlic, egg, basil, and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything and drain as much liquid from the mixture as possible. Then fill the hollowed-out tomatoes with the mixture.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 160 °C. Then remove the tomatoes, top with cheese, and bake for another 5–10 minutes at 160 °C. After removing, garnish the tomatoes with a spoon of sour cream and spring onion and serve.
