- 500 g ground beef (max. 10% fat)
- 130 g zucchini (finely grated)
- 130 g carrots (peeled and finely grated)
- 100 g yellow onion (finely chopped)
- 80 g natural long-grain rice, dry weight
- 10 g fresh flat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 100 ml water
- Salt
- Pepper

First, preheat the oven to 195–200 °C and prepare a baking dish measuring 25 cm × 35 cm.

In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, zucchini, carrots, onion, rice, salt, pepper, parsley, and oregano. Mix everything thoroughly to create a firm meat mixture, then shape it into a loaf approximately 25 cm long. Transfer it to the prepared baking dish and add water. Place the prepared meatloaf into the preheated oven and bake for 55–60 minutes at 195–200 °C.

After baking, remove the meatloaf from the oven, slice into desired portions, and serve.
