First, preheat the oven to 200 °C, prepare a baking sheet and line it with baking paper.

Clean the vegetables for fries, peel them, and cut them into fry shapes. Place on the baking sheet, add oil, and salt. Mix and bake for 40–50 minutes at 195–200 °C.

Meanwhile, prepare the dip in a small bowl: Mix yogurt with mustard and chives. Season with salt and pepper, stir, and let chill in the refrigerator.
