Ingredients
- 3 cloves of black garlic
- 200 g rice
- 500 g beef sirloin
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 0.5 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 small tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1 red onion
- 2 small red bell peppers
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 lime
- 1 handful fresh coriander
Instructions
- 1Cut the beef into slices and then into thin strips. The meat cooks quickly, so it must be thin.
- 2Mix soy sauce and fish sauce with 2 dcl of water and starch. Cut the onion and bell peppers into strips, and the garlic into slices. Deseed and chop the chili pepper.
- 3In a hot pan with oil, fry the meat on both sides. It will be ready in a few minutes, then set aside. Pour a drop of oil into the pan and sauté the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and chili pepper. Once the vegetables are al dente, add the meat and sauce and let it heat through until it thickens. Taste and season with salt if needed.
- 4Serve with cooked rice, lime, and sprinkle with fresh coriander.
