INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cleaned sea breams
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

    Take the fish out of the fridge an hour before cooking to bring them to room temperature.

    Clean the sea bream and make light cuts in the skin. Peel and crush a clove of garlic. Mix it with oil. Salt and pepper the sea bream. Rub them with the oil, making sure the garlic gets into the cuts.

    Heat the grill and place the fish on the rack. Grill them for 8 minutes on each side.
