INGREDIENTS
- 2 cleaned sea bream
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Take the fish out of the refrigerator an hour before cooking so they reach room temperature.
- 2Clean the sea bream and make light incisions in the skin. Peel and crush the garlic clove. Mix it with oil. Season the sea bream with salt and pepper. Brush them with the oil, ideally making sure the garlic gets into the incisions.
- 3Heat the grill and place the fish on the grate. Grill them for 8 minutes on each side.
