Mix the spice ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the bell peppers, halve them, remove the seeds, and cut them into strips. Cut the chicken meat into smaller pieces, season with salt, and sprinkle with the prepared spice mixture.

Pour oil into a pan, heat it, and start sautéing the onion until translucent. Then add the bell peppers and continue sautéing for another 2 minutes. Transfer the vegetables from the pan to a plate and start sautéing the meat. If needed, add a little more oil.
