Preparation method

First, preheat the oven to 185–190 °C and prepare a baking dish (30 cm × 40 cm).

Peel the carrots and onion, and along with the zucchini and celery stalks, cut them into smaller cubes. Prepare a large bowl, into which place the chopped vegetables, pre-cooked rice, lemon zest, grated Parmesan, 400 ml of milk, flour, thyme, tuna, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix everything.

Place the finished mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 50–55 minutes at 185–190 °C.
