Preparation method
First, peel the sweet potatoes and slice them lengthwise into 0.5 cm thick pieces. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Then preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a deep baking dish measuring 25 cm × 30 cm.
Now take a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil in it, add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté for 2–3 minutes over medium heat. Then add the ground beef to the pan and sauté everything for another 7–8 minutes over medium heat. Subsequently, add canned tomatoes, oregano, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper to the pan and cook the entire mixture for 5–6 minutes over medium heat.
Meanwhile, finely grate the Parmesan, place it in a bowl, and mix with cottage cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
