Cook the bulgur in salted water (300 ml). Once cooked, drizzle with lemon juice and stir.

Peel the onion and cut it into wedges, and dice the zucchini. Finely chop the garlic.

Cut the turkey breast across the grain into slices about 1.5 cm thick and season each slice with salt on both sides.
