INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g fresh broccoli
  • 250 g sweet potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml cooking cream 12%
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

    Fill a large pot about ½ full with water.

    Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into slices about 0.5 cm wide, wash the broccoli and separate it into florets.

    Place both ingredients into boiling water and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.

    Arrange the cooked broccoli and sweet potatoes in a small baking dish.

    Then whisk the eggs together with the cream and crushed garlic and pour this mixture over the vegetables in the baking dish (20 cm × 30 cm).

    Season everything with salt and pepper, place the dish in the oven and bake for about 15–20 minutes at 170–180 °C.
