  • 1 kg oloupaných brambor
  • 2 lžíce nakrájené plocholisté petržele
  • 40 g másla
  • sůl

INSTRUCTIONS

    Brambory nakrájíme na stejné kousky a uvaříme je v osolené vodě 15-20 minut doměkka. Slijeme.

    Máslo necháme na mírném ohni rozpustit. Horké máslo nalijeme na brambory, přidáme nakrájenou petržel, osolíme a vše promícháme.
