  • 2 salmon fillets with skin (2× approx. 150 g)
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed or sunflower oil
  • ½ tablespoon liquid honey
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 50 g fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (can be replaced with dried)
  • Zest from 1 large lemon (finely grated)
  • Juice from 1 large lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 50 ml water
  • Salt

METHOD

    First, preheat the oven to 200-205 °C and prepare a baking sheet measuring at least 30 cm × 30 cm, lining it with baking paper.

    Then prepare the salmon fillets: Wash them, pat dry, brush with rapeseed or sunflower oil, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with honey, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Subsequently, place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake according to the thickness of the fillets for 10-11 minutes at 200-205 °C.

    Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: Peel the garlic, place it in a tall blending container, and add parsley, dill, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, dried oregano, and 50 ml of water. Then blend the entire contents of the container with an immersion blender and let the resulting sauce stand at room temperature for now.

    Once the salmon is baked, divide the fillets into 2 portions and serve with the prepared sauce.
