INGREDIENTS
- 20 g of butter (melted)
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of ground poppy seeds
- 100 g of hard cheese
- 200 g of any wide noodles in dried form
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat for the noodles. Once the water is boiling, add the noodles to the pot and cook for 8–12 minutes over medium heat (or for the time indicated on the noodle package).
- 2After cooking, drain the noodles and return them to the pot while still warm. Then add melted butter, honey, and ground poppy seeds to the noodles. Mix the contents of the pot and divide the resulting mixture into 4 servings. Finally, grate the hard cheese over each serving and serve.
