INGREDIENTS
- 350 g turkey breasts
- 550 g raw potatoes type A (peeled)
- 300 g mix of green, yellow, and red peppers (cleaned)
- 70 g yellow onion
- 150 g carrot
- 240 g meaty tomatoes
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely grated)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat your oven to 185–190 °C and prepare a larger baking dish (at least 30 cm × 40 cm).
- 2Wash the turkey breasts, dry them, cut into thin strips, and place in the baking dish. Cut the potatoes, peppers, onion, carrot, and tomatoes into small cubes and add to the meat. Then add the bay leaf, garlic, water, salt, pepper, and olive oil and mix. Bake the prepared mixture for 50–60 minutes at 185–190 °C.
- 3After baking, divide the dish into individual portions and serve.
