INGREDIENTS
- 350 g turkey breasts
- 550 g raw potatoes, cooking type A (peeled)
- 300 g mix of green, yellow, and red bell peppers (cleaned)
- 70 g yellow onion
- 150 g carrots
- 240 g fleshy tomatoes
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 2 cloves garlic (finely grated)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 100 ml water
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat your oven to 185–190 °C and prepare a larger baking dish (min. 30 cm × 40 cm).
- 2Wash and dry the turkey breasts, cut them into thin strips, and place them in the baking dish. Cut the potatoes, bell peppers, onion, carrots, and tomatoes into smaller cubes and add them to the meat. Then add the bay leaf, garlic, water, salt, pepper, and olive oil, and mix. Bake the prepared mixture for 50–60 minutes at 185–190 °C.
- 3After baking, divide the dish into individual portions and serve.
