  • brown sugar for coating

Instructions

    Peel the pineapple and cut it into evenly thick slices. Use a round pastry cutter to remove the hard core of the pineapple. Coat the pineapple slices in sugar and grill them on both sides until golden brown.
Tip
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
