INGREDIENTS
- 30 g of fine gluten-free oats
- 120 ml of semi-skimmed milk (or any other milk)
- 1⁄2 of a mashed large banana (approx. 50 g)
- 10 g of chia seeds
- 5 g of Dutch cocoa
- 50 g of fresh raspberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Prepare 2 bowls: In one, mix the oats with 70 ml of milk and mashed banana, in the other, mix the remaining milk (50 ml) with chia seeds and cocoa.
- 2In a tall glass with a capacity of 200 ml, layer the oats, 1⁄2 of the raspberries, and then the chia pudding. Top with the remaining raspberries and refrigerate overnight (for at least 8 hours).
