  • 1× mozzarella (package 125 g)
  • 2× medium tomato
  • 100 g tuna in its own juice
  • 4× slice of whole grain toast bread
  • Fresh basil (for serving)

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat your toaster.

    Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into small cubes. Drain the juice from the tuna.

    Evenly distribute the tuna, mozzarella, and tomatoes on 2 slices of whole grain toast bread.

    Add basil, cover with the remaining slices of bread, and toast in the toaster. If you don't have a toaster, heat a pan and toast the sandwiches over medium heat until the mozzarella melts inside.
