INGREDIENTS
- 300 g frozen mango (in cubes)
- 300 g pineapple (in cubes)
- 200 g white yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes (approx. 10 g)
- 1 small kiwi (approx. 70 g)
- 1 medium banana (approx. 160 g with peel)
- 10 g unpeeled almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Chop the almonds coarsely. Peel the banana and kiwi and slice both into rounds. Then transfer the sliced banana to a blender, add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and yogurt, and blend the contents until smooth.
- 2Divide the blended mixture into 2 bowls, garnish each serving with kiwi slices, coconut flakes, and chopped almonds, and serve immediately.
Tip
If you can't find sliced frozen mango and pineapple, buy fresh fruit, peel it, cut it into cubes, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
